Our amazing locally-grown Fearing Angus Beef Burger is topped with BIRHouse-made Chipotle Cheese Sauce (Chipotle in Adobo, Medjool Dates, Cranberries, Cream Cheese and Sour Cream), Fried-Onion Frizzles, and finished with a schmear of incredible Buck Wild Ranch Jalapeno Jelly on the bun lid. This burger is smoky and creamy and a little sweet with this earthy greenness from the Jalapeno Jelly.
